1. Your rights in the track
By submitting, you confirm you are the author or rights holder of the track (or have permission to submit it), and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Submitting a demo does not transfer any rights to ILUNA Records and does not create any obligation to sign, release or pay for the track. You keep full ownership of your music.
2. How the AI verdict works
The ILUNA Fit Score, the estimated chance and the written verdict are an orientative, automated pre-screening generated by comparing your track's characteristics with ILUNA's catalogue. They are estimates to help you improve — they are not a contract, a promise, or a guarantee. Every signing decision is made by a human A&R after listening.
3. Your audio & privacy
If you drop an audio file in, it is decoded and analysed entirely in your own browser. The audio file itself is not uploaded to our servers. What we receive and store is: the private link you provide, your alias and email, any text you add, the numeric measurements computed in your browser (such as tempo, key and loudness), and the resulting verdict.
4. Data protection (GDPR)
We process the data above to review your demo and, where relevant, to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in A&R. We keep submissions only as long as needed for A&R purposes and then delete or anonymise them. Your email is used only to respond about your submission, never sold or shared for marketing. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@ilunamusic.com. See our privacy policy for more.
5. Fair use
Please don't spam the form, submit material you don't have the rights to, or send tracks generated to impersonate another artist. We may discard any submission at our discretion.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
